I’m a Kansas City documentary photographer handcrafting unforgettable experiences and heartfelt images for weddings, seniors, and growing families. My approach is peaceful, candid, emotive, and relaxed, so your photos feel true to life instead of a performance.

With over a decade of experience documenting wedding stories for hundreds of families in Kansas City and beyond, I know how to create images that feel honest and beautiful without taking over the day.
I offer all-inclusive wedding day or wedding weekend coverage to capture every exquisite detail you never want to forget. From parents and family members arriving from out of town, to rehearsal dinner toasts, to every moment of your most important day, to relaxed brunch with family or just the two of you the morning after. Whatever shape your day takes, I’ll be right there every step of the way, supporting you, keeping things moving when they need to move, and slowing down for a breath when you need it.
To preserve my best attention and work for my couples, I accept a limited number of weddings per calendar year.

Graduating Seniors
Most seniors do not want photos that feel stiff or cheesy, which is why I keep the experience easy, natural, and personal from start to finish. Whatever your next steps might be, you are worth celebrating! You’ll share a little about what makes you, YOU, I’ll spin my best playlist, and we’ll make some magic together. Senior portraits shouldn’t be stuffy or stiff! I promise I’ll do my part to help you loosen up, look great in your photos, and have a good time doing it! We’ll pick the perfect place together and brainstorm outfits and accessories that will take your session to the next level and deliver keepsake photos you can be proud of.

Couples
Whether you’re capturing a proposal, engagement, anniversary, or documenting your love in a new season, I’ll treat you to a sweet experience enjoying your love in a beautiful setting you’ll both fall for. Cityscapes, sweeping vistas, sunsets, or at home in your space, my couple sessions are perfect for every stage of love.

Families
From your closest few to the whole wild crew, families are high on my list of favorite work. Rally your people and get ready for family photos you actually enjoy. Multi-generational experiences (I call them Legacy Sessions) are so much fun; I love documenting the sweet relationships between grandparents and grandchildren, cousins, and the whole noisy gang! I also love to capture new life, from maternity to newborn at-home experiences.
Family Experiences are for one nuclear family, from $700.
Legacy Sessions are for an extended family, from $1100.
